What is coaching?
Coaching is a conversation about the life you are living and the one you want to build. You bring what is going on. I help you see it more clearly, decide what matters and turn that clarity into action.
What do you offer?
I offer one-to-one coaching, supported by practical digital tools where they are useful. The work is shaped around what is alive for you rather than a fixed syllabus.
How do I get started?
Get in touch and tell me a little about what is bringing you to coaching. We will have a proper conversation about where you are, what you need and whether working together feels like a good fit.
What kinds of things can I bring to coaching?
Career direction, relationships, purpose, confidence, a decision you keep circling, a pattern that holds you back, or a vision you are struggling to turn into reality.
What if I know something needs to change, but not what?
That is a valid place to begin. We can use the first part of the work to understand what feels missing, what matters now and what you want to move towards.
Will you tell me what I should do?
No. Coaching is not consulting or advice. I may challenge you, reflect what I notice and ask direct questions, but the choices remain yours.
How is coaching different from therapy?
The boundary between these two is not always firm, but coaching works primarily with where you are now, the life you want to create and the actions that will move you towards it. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and is not a substitute for appropriate mental health care.
Can I have therapy and coaching at the same time?
Yes. They can complement each other when the purpose and boundaries of each relationship are clear.
How often do we meet?
I meet with clients either weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on their needs.
Do I need to prepare?
No formal preparation is required. You can arrive with a specific question or simply with what feels most alive that day.
Is coaching confidential?
Yes. Before we begin, we will agree on how confidentiality works, including any legal and safety-related limits.
What if I am unsure whether coaching is right for me?
An initial conversation is a chance to ask questions, get a feel for how I work and decide whether coaching is the support you need.
